Source-citation layer prototype

This is a working demonstration of Layer 1 of a policy proposal that would condition platform verification for Indian political party accounts on participation in an automated source-citation check.

The flow has two stages. First, the party writes a caption — the system extracts the verifiable factual claims from it. Second, for each claim, the party must cite a primary-source URL (an Election Commission page, a PIB release, an RBI bulletin). Only then can the post be published. The disclosure beneath the post shows whether the cited source actually supports the claim — not whether the claim is “true”.

Try the “Paltering” preset especially — it shows what the system catches and, more importantly, what it cannot catch by design.
